AutoLift – Professional Return & Refund Terms
At AutoLift, we are committed to providing reliable products and transparent service.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within
7 to 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 to 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following situations:
- Items returned after the approved return period.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, misuse, or modification.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Products missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
3. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email and include your order details along with the reason for the request.
- All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back.
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided by our support team.
4. Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after inspection.
- Only payments made via PayPal are eligible for refund processing.
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If a refund is granted for a non-defective return, shipping and handling fees may be deducted where applicable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Our team will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
7. Order Fulfillment Information
- Handling Time: 3–4 business days
- Shipping Time: 14–24 business days
- Payment Method Accepted: PayPal only
