AutoLift – Professional Return & Refund Terms

At AutoLift, we are committed to providing reliable products and transparent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 to 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following situations:

  • Items returned after the approved return period.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, misuse, or modification.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Products missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging.

3. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by email and include your order details along with the reason for the request.

  • All return requests must be approved before the item is sent back.
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided by our support team.

4. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after inspection.
  • Only payments made via PayPal are eligible for refund processing.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • If a refund is granted for a non-defective return, shipping and handling fees may be deducted where applicable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Our team will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

7. Order Fulfillment Information

  • Handling Time: 3–4 business days
  • Shipping Time: 14–24 business days
  • Payment Method Accepted: PayPal only
